Order Cancellations

Because we work with third-party suppliers, once production or shipping has begun, we are unable to cancel the order.


Returns

Due to the nature of our business model, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or items no longer wanted.

Returns may be accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at poorsporthelp@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved returns will be processed with instructions provided via email. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Refunds are issued for:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Items lost in transit (when validated by the carrier)
  • Incorrect items sent

To request a refund, email poorsporthelp@gmail.com with your order details and supporting photos or documentation.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the issue is verified.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at poorsporthelp@gmail.com. You may request a refund for qualifying issues and reorder the correct item.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).


Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  2. Check with neighbors or your building management.
  3. Contact the carrier directly.

If you still cannot locate the package, email us at poorsporthelp@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist. However, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
